Kickboxing PT

Coming from a martial arts/kickboxing background where these 3 components are very essential we tend to pay a lot of attention to these areas. Our system of training includes flexibility work before and after the main sessions, and because we include a lot of kicking we ensure that all the relevant muscle groups are well prepared before any explosive movements.

In the first few sessions our clients are taught the basic fighting stance and how to move when they are on the focus pads (skills segment). We develop their basic kickboxing/boxing motor skills which also include their mobility and agility. This then gets better as they improve and more advanced kick/punch combinations are introduced.
