If your goal is hypertrophy or strength training we will design the appropriate programme using the correct training systems so that your goal can be achieved within your time frame. We will also carry out the necessary fitness and health tests, these figures are then used as a mechanism for measuring your progress and to appraise the effectiveness of the programme designed and variables which need to be modified in order to intensify the workouts.
